We are working on a number of projects for masterplans, new buildings and building conversions on the Mulgrave Estate. The Estate includes the seaside village of Sandsend.

Planning and Listed Building Consent has been granted (2018) for our proposal to convert the Dairy Buildings at Mulgrave Castle into offices. The buildings sit in the curtilage of the castle and of Sir John Soane's stables building.

Mulgrave Estate is situated between the North Yorkshire Moors and the North Sea, a few miles north of Whitby.
