Architects, designers and conservation architects in Preston and Manchester. We work with private clients, landowners, trusts, home owners and community groups on new buildings, historic building conservation, conversion and urban design projects.
Recent projects include a new village extension at Bletchingdon in Oxfordshire, residential projects for the Duchy of Cornwall in Dorset and Herefordshire, and restoration works at significant listed buildings, including Blackpool Tower and Cartmel Priory. A new two-form entry school operated by Aspire Academy Trust opened in Newquay in September 2019. Refurbishment projects include a new home for Lostock Hall Medical Centre near Preston.
The practice has worked with the Prince's Foundation on public consultations and workshops connected with new residential development, most recently at St. Weonards in Herefordshire. We have recently completed the design of new buildings in the historic garden settlement of Whiteley Village in Surrey. This project is typical of our work in that it involves the insertion of new buildings in a sensitive historic environment.
Clients include Duchy of Cornwall, Whiteley Homes Trust, Duke of Lancaster’s Housing Trust, Blackpool Borough Council, Cartmel Priory, Lancaster RC Diocese and Mulgrave Estate, North Yorkshire.
We are members of the Professional Network of the Prince’s Foundation.
